Step 1

We encourage everyone who is interested in our CrossFit Carnage program to schedule a Free Trial class. Each Free trial session is about 45min in length and you will learn what you need to know about our program. We will answer all your questions and explain how our program will benefit you. There is also an optional beginner Crossfit workout at the end of the session so that you can experience what we have to offer.

Step 2

After you have made the decision that CrossFit Carnage is right for you we will schedule 2 private Elements sessions. Each session is about 1hr long and scheduled on two different days. During these classes you will learn the 10 fundamental movements we use at CrossFit Carnage: Proper form in the Squat, Front Squat and Overhead Squat. Shoulder Press, Push Press and Push Jerk. The Deadlift, Sumo deadlift high pull and the Clean & Snatch. In addition to proper form we will also discuss the basics of nutrition and place you on the right path to reach your goals. Finally at the end of each session we will customize a short workout for you, using the movements you just learned.

Step 3

Come work out with us! Once you complete both elements sessions you may come to any of the group CrossFit classes on our schedule. Its that simple!
